Participation of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Naseer Kazim Al-Maliki, in a memorial service on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him). The College of Arts, University of Wasit held a memorial service on a painful occasion, delivered by Mr. Jaafar Al-Gharabi, who spoke about the injustice suffered by the family of the Prophet and how the Imam, peace be upon him, suffered during a period of injustice and oppression. Imam Al-Kadhim always carried many of the qualities and characteristics of his fathers and grandfathers, and he rejected injustice and called for the path of truth and reform, which caused him countless problems with the ruling regimes at the time, which ended with his arrest and martyrdom by poisoning in his cell. Peace be upon you, O monk of the family of Muhammad, as you sacrifice your pure soul, swallowing the pain of poison, surrounded by the chains and shackles of the oppressors. We have redeemed you, O ally of the long prostration, from the tormentor in the depths of the prisons and the injustice of the dungeons. Peace be upon your refusal, your refusal, your endurance, and your pride that rendered your killers helpless.
