The Faculty of Medicine at Wasit University established a committee to test the teaching abilities of faculty members in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Nasir Kazim Al-Maliki, confirming the Dean’s keenness to ensure the competence and skill of scientific cadres in the educational process.
The committee’s work was attended by the scientific assistant to the university president, Professor Dr. Sabih Laftah, in addition to the administrative assistant to the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Rahif Al-Aidi. Applicants were tested according to precise scientific and academic standards aimed at enhancing performance and ensuring teaching quality.
The Dean of the Faculty emphasised that this step is part of Wasit University’s strategy to support scientific progress and graduate competent staff capable of shouldering educational and medical responsibilities in line with the requirements of society and keeping pace with academic developments.
