The Faculty of Medicine at Wasit University, under the supervision of its dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Nasir Kazim Al-Maliki, held a scientific training course entitled
‘Glutathione and Skin Whitening: Between Facts and Myths.’
The course included scientific lectures presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Zahir Latif, Assistant Professor Dr. Tamara Qais Mahdi, and Lecturer Dr. Zahraa Isa, which addressed the scientific and medical aspects related to the use of glutathione and corrected common misconceptions about it.
The course was attended by the Assistant Dean of Administration for the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Salim Rahif Al-Aidi, and a number of faculty members and affiliates. The course began at 10:00 a.m. in the e-learning hall, as part of the college’s efforts to promote scientific awareness and develop medical knowledge.
