Our faculty welcomes new students accepted for the 2025-2026 academic year and wishes them every success and good luck in their academic career.
To facilitate the registration of new students, we announce the registration procedure as follows:

Students must register in the faculty library hall.

Documents required from students for registration:

• Preparatory study document certified by the Directorate of Education and addressed to the university and college.
• Unified national ID card for the student and their family (original copies with clear colour photocopies).
• Residence card + residence confirmation + ration card (originals with clear colour copies).
• Recent photos of the student with a white background (😎.
• Medical examination addressed to the Faculty of Medicine/Wasit University, original copy.
• Copy of passport, clear colour copy for the student and his/her parents
• Upload all of the above documents to a CD.
• School card
• Exam number card.
• Provide a guarantee for the student during registration if they are accepted through a parallel channel.
• The guarantor must be present at the time of registration with their documents in the case of a guarantee.

Documents required from the guarantor:

• Nationality or unified card
• Department ID.
• Guarantee of continued service.

All of the above documents should be placed in a file folder.

The student must be present in person during the registration process.

This is not considered final registration unless it is registered on the HEPIQ system.
