The Faculty of Medicine Council at Wasit University held its regular meeting to discuss the development of the educational process and the completion of the SIS system requirements.
The Faculty of Medicine Council at Wasit University held its regular meeting in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Nasir Kazim Al-Maliki, with the participation of assistant professors and members of the Faculty Council.
The meeting included a discussion of the educational process and mechanisms for its improvement, with a focus on strengthening e-governance and implementing recently introduced modern ministerial programmes, which number more than nine e-learning programmes.
The council also discussed ways to prepare and adapt teaching and administrative staff to these programmes, diagnose potential difficulties and obstacles that may face implementation, and develop appropriate solutions to overcome them, thereby contributing to the complete transition to electronic education systems.
At the end of the meeting, the Council emphasised the importance of supporting digital transformation and intensifying institutional efforts in line with ministerial directives, with the aim of developing the quality of medical education and raising the academic level at the college.
