Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, two training courses were organised to promote digital transformation
The Digital Transformation Management Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Unit at the Presidency of Wasit University, held two training courses entitled ‘HR System’ and ‘SIS System’ within the HEPIQ application. The courses were presented by Assistant Professor Dr Haider Ghanem Murad, Assistant Lecturer Wissam Abbas Mohsen, and programmer Ali Mohammed Aboud Al-Taie. The courses on the importance of adopting electronic systems in human resources management and student information, explaining the mechanisms of operation and clarifying their role in improving administrative performance and organising students’ academic data. The sessions were attended by teaching and administrative staff from the administrative departments, student affairs and the Medical Education Unit, as the target group. The sessions also addressed the main obstacles facing the process of data entry and migration, and appropriate solutions were discussed
These courses form part of the Faculty’s efforts to promote digital transformation and improve institutional efficiency
