Under the patronage of the President of Wasit University, Prof. Dr. Abbas Lifta Al-Aqabi, Wasit University organised a table tennis tournament for college professors, which witnessed wide participation from various faculties of the university and a high competitive atmosphere, where Dr. Muslim Aqeel, a fracture specialist and professor of orthopedic surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, was crowned with the first place after a distinguished performance that won the approval of the audience and this tournament comes within the sports activities supported by the university presidency as part of its development programs to enhance sports and social interaction among university professors
