Under the patronage of the Honorable President of Wasit University, Prof. Dr. Abbas Lifta Al-Aqabi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. M. In cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, the Faculty of Medicine held a training course entitled “Literary and linguistic communication methods used among employees”, presented by Ms. Dr. Suad Ashour Salman.
The course aimed at describing the linguistic and literary styles used in official communications, with the aim of improving the verbal and writing skills of employees, and enabling them to draft official letters in a correct and proper manner, free from linguistic errors.
The course came up with several recommendations, including
Developing employees’ communication skills.
Selecting successful linguistic methods to enhance professional relationships.
Improving the linguistic and cultural image of official communications.
