The First Scientific Forum

Under the slogan ‘Qualitative Development and Modern Advances in Medicine and Artificial Intelligence’ The Faculty of Medicine at Wasit University hosted the first scientific forum on medicine, with the participation of the faculties of medicine, administration, economics, and humanities, along with the Training and Human Development Centre at the Wasit Health Department. The forum included six lectures presented by professors from Wasit University faculties and lecturers from the Najaf Health Department and Wasit Health Department, covering topics such as artificial intelligence and developments in medicine throughout the ages. At the conclusion of the forum, the President of Wasit University, Prof. Abbas Lfta Al-Aqabi, the Scientific Assistant, Prof. Sabih Lfta Al-Zubaidi, and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Nasir Kazim Al-Maliki, distributed certificates of appreciation to the lecturers and praised their scientific and academic efforts in supporting scientific activities that advance the field of medicine.
