College of Medicine at Wasit University organizes a group Iftar banquet for students of internal departments The College of Medicine at Wasit University organized a group Iftar banquet for students of internal departments, in the presence of the President of Wasit University, Prof. Dr. Abbas Lafteh Al-Aqabi, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Naseer Kazim Al-Maliki, along with a number of faculty and staff.
This initiative came within the framework of strengthening social ties between students and the university administration, and creating a Ramadan atmosphere that reflects the values of brotherhood and solidarity. During the event, the university president emphasized the university’s keenness to support students residing in internal departments and provide an integrated university environment that contributes to improving their academic and moral level.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Medicine praised the efforts of those who organized the event, noting that such activities contribute to building a cohesive student community and enhance the spirit of cooperation between students and faculty members.
The Iftar included a friendly atmosphere in which students exchanged conversations with the professors, in a move aimed at strengthening social ties within the campus.
