Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Attends and Oversees a Specialised Training Programme on Basic Life Support
The Faculty of Medicine welcomed its Dean, Assistant Professor Dr Nasir Kazim Al-Maliki, to the activities of the specialised training programme on the principles and methods of resuscitation in critical situations, which aimed to develop students’ skills and enhance their ability to deal with emergency situations in accordance with the latest approved medical methods.
The programme included a series of theoretical lectures and practical sessions focusing on cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques and critical care management, thereby contributing to the preparation of medical staff capable of responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
The event also saw the recognition of a number of outstanding students who demonstrated remarkable performance during the programme, in appreciation of their efforts and high commitment, reflecting the College’s commitment to supporting academic and professional excellence.
This activity forms part of the Faculty’s ongoing efforts to raise the scientific and practical standards of its students and to foster a culture of excellence and innovation in the medical field.
